RENTAL RATES
* Upper hall (sanctuary) $100 per 4 hours perfect for concerts, weddings, funerals, community meetings * Lower hall $50 per 4 hours for small meetings, family parties, exercise classes Extra fees: * custodial fees for weddings and funerals $85 (minimum 4 hours) * key deposit $25 
NOTE:
For weddings and funerals, services of minister and/or music director can be arranged as required. Please contact church for details. Rental waived for weddings or funerals of Greenwood members and their immediate families. Custodial fees still apply. Greenwood members are allowed one free use of lower hall per year |
THE FINE PRINT:
Renter must provide proof of liability insurance, either with their own carrier or by purchasing a rider to Greenwood Church insurance before a key can be issued.
The capacity for either upstairs or downstairs is limited to 120 persons as per fire regulations. This limit cannot be exceeded.
Consumption of alcohol or cannabis is not permitted on church property. There is also no smoking or vaping on church property.
Casual use of the downstairs kitchen is permitted. The kitchen is not available for commercial use.
Our water is potable (drinkable) but we encourage renters to bring in their own water.
Piano/organ, sound or projection systems available by special arrangement only.
